Ar. Wendell Cane (UAP), is a Licensed Architect and a graduate of BS Architecture from a top university in the Philippines, has a diverse background in architectural design. He has a total of 22 years of professional experience, with 5 years of practice in the Philippines before relocating to the Middle East for 17 years.
During his time in the Middle East, Ar. Cane has gained a wealth of experience in the design of various building types, such as commercial, institutional, hospitality, residential, and mixed-used developments. He has developed a deep understanding of the architectural design and standard regulations specific to these building types, which allows him to create designs that are not only functional and aesthetically pleasing, but also comply with the local building codes and standards.
Ar. Cane’s experience in the Middle East has also allowed him to mature in multi-functional architectural design. It means that he can design a building that serves multiple purposes in an integrated manner, such as commercial, residential and institutional building combined.
